Angry Child Saw Something Happen Between Mother and Her Boyfriend

My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: NY

My 4 yr old son recently went camping with his mother, 7 yr old sister, mother's noy friend. My son tells me out of the blue that mommy's boyfriend pee'd on mommy. He then went on to say that he pee'd on mommy's face then zipped his pants up. He said he had no one else was there to watch him and mommy and bf went into tent. Mommy told him to get out. I haven't said anything to his mother, yet. I'm not sure what I should do about this. There is no custody in place yet and I haven't been able to get ahold of my lawyer to ask his advise.

Should I report this the CPS? should I keep him from going off alone with his mother?

His mother and I still live together and we have to wait for her to find a place and move out before I can go for custody.

    What should I do?

"Peed on mommy" can be a child's interpretation of something else, if you catch my drift. Naturally if he witnessed sex or the urine incident it's borderline abuse.

You need to confront mommy first and get her side, meanwhile continuing to call your lawyer.

Are you suggesting that your son entered a camper or tent when he was not supposed to do so, and caught mom and her boyfriend in a private moment? That happens, even to married couples.
