My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Washington

Ex wife dropped of our 12 yr old daughter in Sept 2010 not wanting her anymore after 8 yrs of joint custody.I waited 6 mos to file a Modification because she has done before then reconciles. In court I had attorney she represented herself.I asked that she pay child support and that they both be in counseling. I asked that my daughters counselor decide when visitation should start and have it be supervised in beginning and have a restraining order, because she was sending abusive text messages to my daughter. She told judge I will give him full custody but I want all restraints lifted. They gave me full custody and kept restraint order and no contact initiated unless by my daughter.she texted her a week later! I notified my attorney and nothing was done.We have 90 day review in July but due to financial issues we lost private medical. so my daughter is just now starting counseling and my attorney wants to just wrap up and do final orders. She has had no contact for a year and I don't think she should have visitation unless counselor feels it's time.Is this unreasonable? Also she told judge I didn't pay any of my $25 monthly child support of which she refused to take.On our original papers the court ordered we each share a percent of medical costs and for 7 out of the 8 years all the medical was from my wife's employment.Judge awarded her a $50 a month support payment and that it be credited towards back support and then she will pay.Attorney says not worth addressing and lets just wrap up and do final orders.court now thinks I was a deadbeat dad but I paid for everything. All medical, her braces, her sports etc.I want to be extremely careful about final orders as this will be in effect for the next 5 years.I want the child support issue to be readdressed and it says on court papers that it would be reviewed at the 90 day review hearing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
