Default Is it Easier to Get Emancipated if Nobody Has Legal Custody of You

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Louisiana
I was recently kicked out of my granparents house. I never met my father and my mother dropped me off with my granparents 10 years ago. I didnt do anything bad to get kicked out, my grandmother just has some issues...tomorrow, June 29th is my 17th birthday and ive always heard that is when you can move out in Louisiana. I am currently staying with my older friend and her husband and 2 children and they are okay with it since no one else in my family lives by my school, since it is my senior year i really wanna finish there. no one has ever gotten legal custody/guardianship of me and my aunt is going to try to help me get emancipation so i can get stuff like my state id and all that. I need to know if it will be easier or harder or what since no one has custody of me and if she can call the police and say i ran away? i had a friend over that night so she knows i did not run away.

You are misinformed. You may not move out without parental consent until you reach the age of 18.

since no one has custody of me
You are incorrect. Your mother has legal custody of you, since no one ever went to court to obtain custody from her.

What makes you certain you're a candidate for emancipation? How are your grades? How much money do you make at your full-time job? Are you currently paying market rate rent to your friend and otherwise supporting yourself 100%?
