    Default Add-Ons to Child Support

My question involves child support in the State of: NY

I am currently paying CS with its "Add-on" of daycare expenses which is based on the combined incomes and then the percentage of the NCP's in relation to the total is the amount "added on" to the child support.

At what point is there a cap on "add-ons"?

The state puts me at paying 17% of my pay and this will put me literally close to 40% and that is after taxes so its much higher in reality.

Is there anything I can do to petition my inability to survive, this is a hardship.

I deserve to be able to maintain a place suitable for my daughter to visit, this is unattainable with this kind of payment.
