My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: NC
I have a Limited Driving Privilege license for NC that allows me to drive during certain hours to/from work, school and for household maintenance. Can I drive in other states...primarily VA...as long as I am within those guidelines? (for work-related purposes during allowed hours.) If not, is there a special allowance that can be applied for? What would be the penalty of driving in VA with a NC Limited Driving Privilege license if it's not allowed for work purposes? I have reviewed the paperwork and don't see anything regarding driving out-of-state.
Thank you in advance for any information.
