My question involves an eviction in the state of: Florida
My roommate and I moved into a townhouse that had some mold issues in exchange for reduced rent.
THe condition of the unit has deteriorated dramatically in the past couple of months and the landlord has refused to help.
The mold has gotten worse. There's a hole in the roof that allows rain into the dining room and the ceiling in one of teh bedrooms has caved in during the last rain.
She refuses to do anything so we withheld rent payment this month. We were served with a 3 day notice today.
what are our rights?
