Im facing a misdemeanor probation violation in Virginia. If the judge determines that I violated my probation will I have to serve my original sentence which was 30 days suspended?

The judge can easily "unsuspend" the suspended part of the sentence.
Can the judge give me any more time added on to my original sentence?
As I said, "unsuspending" would be easy. He also has the opportunity to reopen the entire sentencing on the original charge.
A misdemeanor offense carries up to 364 days in jail. Depending on how much time you spent in custidy, you can potentially receive the remaining time for your offense. The judge does not have to go with the 30 days.
