My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Kentucky

A little info before my question : There is a signed custody agreement which states I have specific time visits including vacation time. The mother has defied the court order several times and each time I have taken her back to court.

My question is, since she has defied the court order a 3rd time and is refusing to allow me to see my child, what will the judge do to her?

I have a home. The mother doesn't.
I have a full time job. The mother doesn't.
My child support is paid on time each month and is current.
The mother has no means to provide for my child other than the child support I pay.

Advice is appreciated.
