    Default Pay Raise

My question involves child support in the State of:IL

About 2 years after the current child support order I got a $3 raise... That's been about a year now... if we go for a review will they be able to go back from the time I got the raise or just the date for a review of the child support order was requested? I'm in the process of starting a new job and will most likely be taking a paycut. just about what I was making before the raise... just wasn't sure if my x could go back after my raise after the fact...

    Default Re: Pay Raise

You questions are a little confusing.

If she files before you start your new job, it will be based on your current salary at the time of review, The increase will start immediately at date of filing, but not retro when you got your raise, and when you take on your new job you can file for a modification because you make less money, and hopefully you will back to paying what you are paying now.

If she files after your new job then there should be no change.
