    Default Rent Repayment in Connecticut

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: CT

Hi my name is Mike. I have lived at my current address for about 14 months. I had a 1 year lease which ended 2 months ago and my landlord never had me sign a new one. I have fallen on hard times and I currently owe almost $3000 in back rent, however my landlord is understanding and we have worked out a plan where I can pay $350 -$400 a week till I am caught up. My rent is $900 a month and I work off $150 every month so it ends up to be $750. My question can she just kick me out or would it take awhile to do so, if so how long? What rights do I have since we currently have no lease?

If you are delinquent on your rent, your landlord can commence the eviction process.
