    Default Reporting Bigamy

My question involves a marriage in the state of: Maryland

Our divorce is in progress in court but I have found out that my husband has remarried more that a year ago. I live outside of US (not a citizen), but i want to report his bigamy. (He is a naturalized citizen). I don't know, but he may even have applied for his 'new' wife's immigration based on this marriage. How to deal with this situation. Should I write an email to the state attorney's office?

What court has jurisdiction over your divorce? If it is a US based court then you can file a criminal complaint with the jurisidiction that is handling the divorce case. If the divorce is being handled in another country then the US may not recognize the divorce and no violations would have occurred.
