    Angry Stalker, Peeping Tom

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Minnesota.

I live in a small apartment complex on the first floor. Recently I have felt like someone is watching me in my bedroom. The other day I caught a neighbor (whom everyone claims is a sex offender) staring through my window as I undressed. Not sure what to do. Is this a crime?

If it wasn't a crime, you would have men spinning webs and fastening themselves to windows all over the place.

    Time to call 911

Sometime I get a feeling this forum gets trolled like Dear Abby used to by the college law students.

Close the curtains, then notify the police.
