    Default Bringing A Disabled Daughter Into the U.S.

    A mom is applying for US immigration sponsored by her daughter, Can she apply for one of her disabled daughter 32 years old directly or shall wait till her naturalization

    She should first consult an attorney to discuss possible problems if the daughter's disability makes her unable to support herself. Children are not guaranteed to be granted a green card based on a parent's sponsorship.
