My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: CA
I was on FMLA Intermitten Leave since 5/17, on 6/2 I was told they could no longer accomodate the leave and told me to pack my things. She handed me a Leave of Absence form, she filled out top portion, but no signatures. She told me HR Mgr. would be calling me. She never called. I never even used any time yet for the leave.
