My question involves real estate located in the State of: Pennsylvania
My 74 year old aunt sold her house to a cousin for $1 with a verbal agreement that he would fix up the home and the both of them would live in it until she died. He is a city worker and presented her with the contract for only the sale of the house; she signed it. Now he is refusing to place her in the house and wants her to get her own apartment and pay for it on her own and has listed the home for $249, 900. Does she have a case against him?
