My question involves criminal law for the state of: south carolina
I have friend that was charged with sexual conduct with a minor, the charges where brought up against him after his sons mother seperated, and he married his daughter mother, how long can a case stay open, and If you can help resolve the issue, this is keeping him from joining the military. are their any article of law that can be use to help the case be drop or resolved.
