My question involves an eviction in the state of: washington i moved into a house on may 1st paid all the rent and 10.00 towards deposit didnt sign a rental contract wasnt sure about how much deposit was june 1st gave landlord rental check he handed me a 3 day notice to pay rent of vacate first thing i noticed was a rent increase of 50.00 so that brought my rent up to 600.00 which the check was already made out for 600.00 550.00 for june rent and 50.00 towards deposit since he took my check is that notices still legal and was rent increase legal
