    Default Misdemeanor Bail Jumping

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: Wisconsin What is the punishment for bailing jumping(misdemeanor) in Wisconsin?

    Bail jumping on a misdemeanor is a class A misdemeanor and can be an additional 9 months in jail and $10,000. That's over and above the charge you were arrested for and whatever the bondsman might get as well.
