Default Re: F1 Student Visa with a Felony Charge and a Conviction of a Disorderly Conduct

Even if it was a wrongfully accused charge ?
I explained to the judge that I wasn't the person that was cultivating and that my roommate was the one without my knowledge.
But the only problem was the fact that my name was on the lease.
So he gave me a conviction of a disorderly conduct due to the fact that I was too blind to see what was going on in my own apartment.

Thank you for the help T53147.
What is happening is not justice.

I learned from my mistakes, of not hanging with the wrong crowds.

    Anyways, thanks for the help.
In any case, if anyone wants to add on here, help yourself. Ill be checking every couple of hours.

I still think there's a chance according to my immigration, and criminal lawyers both in my home country and the states.

Plus, i have to find a way, my fiance is over there.

    I have faith.
