    No state favors either gender - not these days.

    You aren't a better parent just because you gave birth...seriously, being married you stand equal with Dad before the court.

    Why shouldn't Dad have custody?

    Why should the kids be taken away from their father?

    Reverse it for a second - how would you feel?

    While states do not favor gender, most states have legal presunptions for or against relocation of the custodial parent, and OK has one in favor of relocation. That is far from a guarantee, but its a starting point that would favor relocation, if the proper relocation imperatives are established.
