You will most likely need to file a certified copy of the divorce decree and any subsequent orders with the clerk of the court in the county in which you now reside and pay any applicable filing fees. That would then transfer jurisdiction in the matter from the court in Indiana to the court in Tennessee. You will want to contact the clerk of the court in your county to find out what the local procedure is pertaining to having the jurisdiction transferred. This would allow you to handle the case in Tennessee instead of having to seek relief through the court in Indiana.
