    Default 401 Probation

    I was convicted of a crime 4 years ago, but I recieved "401 probation". I accepted these terms because my lawyer said it would help me if I was every to look for a job. I can't remeber if they said it would be dismissed, overturned, annulled ,etc. I guess my question is can I check no on "have you been convicted of a crime"? I think I can but I want to be sure.

    If you're not going to follow the instruction to identify your state, I suggest calling your lawyer and asking your lawyer about the ramifications of your disposition. Laws are different in each state.
