Default How Much Notice Must the Landlord Give Me

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Oregon

I lease a commercial space. My lease is technically up in 5 days but I haven't heard anything yet from the landlord about renewing it. I'm not sure if I want to, I may be moving, I'd like to go month to month if I can, but I'm not sure if the landlord wants to renew my lease either.

Anyway...if the landlord decides they want me to move when the lease is up at the end of the month, how much notice do they need to give me to "get out"? It doesn't say anything about what happens at the end in our lease. If the LL really wants me out for some reason...how much time do I get to move? I'm happy, of course, to keep paying full rent until I leave...

If your landlord doesn't want you to continue as a tenant following the end of your lease term, your landlord can decline to accept further rent and seek to evict you on the basis that your lease has expired.

Well, the LL sent me an invoice for next month...so if I just pay as usual am I guaranteed the space through the end of that month?
