It's difficult to tell what your concern is here. If you're concerned that a parole officer might find contraband in your home, it would be sensible to either not rent to somebody who is on parole or to first get rid of the contraband. The parole officer's search of other rooms would depend upon the parolee's access to those rooms and the expectation of privacy of other tenants. I'm not going to speculate about "what if's", without knowing the facts that might lead to the parole officer both making a home visit and being aggressive about searching the premises. If there's probable cause for a search, after all, the parole officer can stand outside the locked door while he calls his colleagues to get a search warrant.
