    Default False Imprisonment

My question involves civil rights in the State of: Florida,Ok I was placed on felony probation in 2008 for 3 years I transferred it to Georgia and paid off all my restitution and was terminated early and received my termination papers in 2010.and for some reason I was arrested in January 2011 for a violation of probation at gun point.while in jail for like 30 40 minutes someone from the probation office came to see me and was like I can understand if your pissed but there was communication issues between the states and said but we gave you a bond.so I bonded out and on my first court date the court didn't even ask me how was I goin to plea and rescheduled my court date and each time I go to court they just reschedule and last time I went to court the state attorney told the judge that I had to report to probation, when I get to probation the officer pulled my fill and told me don't come see him because I'm not on probation any more just keep going to your court dates.I really need help..I feel like my life is being played with and I don't no what to do.please help someone

It was not false imprisonment. The officers in GA acted in good faith based on, apparently, what they were told by Florida. You need to get a competent attorney to sort this out for you or possibly 2, one for GA and one for FL.

If your lawyer told you that you can sue the police who picked you up on a warrant for "slandering your name", although you probably would benefit from legal representation, I would suggest trying to find a lawyer who is more conversant with the law.
