    Default Can I Evict the Owner

    My question involves an eviction in the state of: NC
    i recently moved in with my boyfriend and his mother and i was paying rent. well about a month ago they both lost their jobs and ive been trying to pay everything by my self. what i wanted to know is can i have her evicted since she is not paying for anything and is constantly trying to kick both of us out.

    No, you have no status as a renter to evict the owner no matter how much rent you pay.
