Default Do You Have the Right to Know if Your Ex is Dating

My question involves paternity law for the State of: UK

Hello would someone be able to help me with a question i have two kids to my ex and i would just like to know do i have the right to know if she is going out with someone else.

I have "PR" over both of my kids and there both living with her.

As i want to know who is going to be around my kids but i don't know if i have the right to know who she will be leaving them with and who is going to be staying over night in the same house as my kids.

    Thanks.

This forum deals with US law only.

But since I'm a Brit, I CAN answer your question.

    A resounding "no".

Mum can see whomever she pleases (unless they're a convicted child molester or similar), and leave the kids with who she wants during her parenting time. It falls under the premise of "nunya".

It's reasonable to assume that your ex- will be dating. People move on with their lives.
