My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: PA

I worked in a blue collar position. For over a year I had to work with a male colleague who constantly referred to me as cunt and bitch. He speaks about all women this way, including his own wife and women who are complete strangers to him. We rode in the same vehicle together and he insisted on working with me, which my supervisor allowed even after I told him why I did not want to. The supervisor told me that we just wanted to keep my co-worker happy. I was called names at least 6-7 times a day by him. We also shared an office together, which I eventually moved out of. Even after I left the office my other co-workers informed me that he still called me these names every time I came into the office. I told my supervisor at least 3 times about the harassment. The last time he told me "I told him to stop. What else do you want me to do? I cant be with him all day". The same supervisor also informed me that he never forgets if someone crosses him (meaning me). I had to refuse overtime because I was afraid to work alone with the person. I eventually transferred to another position in which I make approximately $10,000 less per year. I went to our HR department. They investigated and said that the individual was punished but can say how. He admitted to the behavior. My supervisor admitted he knew about it and did nothing to stop it. I have filed a complaint with the EEOC. One month ago I found a pornographic magazine in my office. It showed nude women bound and gagged at their desks. I believe my former co-worker put the magazine there.

Now I have heard that the former co-worker is spreading lies about me. He tells people that I report them when they leave early or come in late (I couldnt less what anybody does as long as it doesnt affect me and I work alone so it doesn't). He tell other people that I talk about them and tells people not to speak with me because I will accuse them of harassment. I have gone to HR about this and they say there is nothing they can do. Is there anything I can do?
