A violation of probation means that you did not abide by the agreement between and the judge. As a result, you need to step before the judge and answer to why you failed to comply. Once you are summoned to appear, I advise you to do so. Failure to appear results in warrants. There is no expiration date for a warrant. If there is no geographical limitation on that warrant, no matter where you try to hide, they'll be looking for you. You're fair game to any and all agencies.
