Default Is an Open House an Infringement of Quiet Enjoyment in the State of New York

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of:

I am a tenant in a house located in the state of New York. Our lease is ending, and the landlord planned an open house to find new tenants. I feel very uncomfortable having to spend my week-end following potential prospects in my home. Can I refuse to agree on an open house and demand for one on one basis visits, with acceptable notice?

What is the exact language of your lease pertaining to possible sales or showings of the home and, if none, what is the exact general language pertaining to access?

It's perfectly reasonable to propose that the open house occur during limited hours on one day.
