Default Credit Report After Dismissed Bankruptcy

A couple from my office (I'm not the attorney, otherwise I'd probably know this  ) dismissed their Chapter 13 Bankruptcy before their Plan was confirmed. They are now asking us to force the three Credit Bureaus to remove the Bankruptcy from their credit report. Is this possible, since their Bankruptcy wasn't confirmed? It doesn't seem like the Bureaus could keep a Bankruptcy listed on someone's credit report if the Bankruptcy wasn't approved by the court. Just curious, thanks.

    Default Bankruptcy & Credit Record

If they filed for bankruptcy, and the credit bureaus are simply reporting that they filed, that is accurate information and it is unlikely that they will be able to have it removed.
