My question involves criminal law for the state of: florida
With battery charges when the state of florida picks them up what can theygive you if you already did 60 days in jail.when they give you a pre trial what do they do at that. if the victum does not come to court but they have some pics that the cops took it is only lil scraps. will they drop it if the victum dont come but they got pics?

    Dude, sentences are your friend.

It's not up to the victim. They will be subpoenaed to testify and compelled to appear. There might be enough evidence to convict you otherwise.
Absent some priors, it's a year in jail and $1000 fine. They're under no obligation to give you any credit for the pretrial time. You need a lawyer.
