Default Getting Emancipated With a Permanent Disability

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Indiana

Well, I'm sixteen and legally declared permanently disabled. I'm pretty much fine now, the only things I cannot do are run and jump. My parent is also refusing to pay for medical bills. And so my questions are these; Can I get emancipated at sixteen with a permanent disabilty, and if not is there a way I can get that removed from my records? And will any unpaid medical bills go under my name as soon as I get emancipated? My thanks to any responses.

Then they can deal with the bill collectors. You're a minor, so it's not your debt.

IF your state allows emancipation (and no, I haven't checked cause I'm busy), exactly how will you support yourself 100%, WITHOUT taxpayer assistance. That's the entire basis of emancipation - SELF support. That means paying for rent, utilities, food, clothing, health insurance, transportation, medical needs, etc. yourself.

is there a way I can get that removed from my records?
How do you propose to get rid of record of a perm disability?

Not automatically. But there are things that you could do without realizing it that could open the door the for collectors to come after you for payment.

There's no way you are going to get emancipated. Emancipation is recognition of a minor already living on their own to allow them to enter into contracts that would be otherwise prohibited. It's not a method to get "freed" from your parents. Get what removed from your record?

You've already read this thread, right? Your disability doesn't affect what you need to prove
