    from ur post on the CIC board:

    You use the courts in the county that you reside in. You have to know who the registered agent is to do so. Contact your state's Secretary of State office. Here's a great primer to get started on litigation.

    u can sue in small claims, or in county/circuit in your county & state. if your claims are based on federal laws, eg the FCRA and FDCPA, then you also have the option of suing in federal court.
