    Default Moving States Reckless Driving

I received a reckless speeding ticket in VA, and i was wondering since im going to College in PA before my court day, if i got a PA License would it be a loop hole that would allow me not to lose my license? (i was 17 when it happened) Or would it just be something that would annoy the judge and the prosecutor making them decide to charge me as an adult instead.

Might not be a bad move. My information is that PA does not post VA reckless driving to your record. Check the PA DMV to be sure. There is not a difference in the charge between minor and adult. Once you are 18 you can represent yourself in court. Depending on your speed and the court you could be facing jail time, usually only for 95+. They will not necessarily know that you have gotten a PA license, depending on the timing.
