Default Taking Parent Name Off My Birth Certificate After Name Change

Alright I'm new to the form but I'm seeking help about information pertaining to the state of California:

Is it possible to remove fathers name from my certified birth certificate after I get a legal name change? I read on some certificates it "can" carry one. But is it possible to remove my biological father?

My reasons are my reasons. But after I get my name change I will have to file for a new birth certificate and notice my SSN, etc. Since they are doing the paper work I thought it possible to happen. Can it happen?

Changing your name doesn't change your parentage.

    Unless it's an adoption.
