    Default Moving Out at 18

    My question involves juvenile law in the State of: OHIO

    My step mother is trying to tell me in the state of Ohio I can not move out of the house at age 18 because I'm still in high school. Is this true? Of so is there by ways I can get out ? Please help I'm 17 now serving in the U.S Army I have well grades and have no intentions of dropping out have high intentions. Thank you

    In the state of Ohio, the age of majority is 18. Period. If you want to move out on the morning of your 18th birthday, there is no law that will stop you from doing so.
