No i do not need nor was I looking for sympathy. I was looking for advice (as in help with my situation, hence what would you do), not to be judged and attacked.

And to lawresearchermissy, your attitude is much more negative than mine and I would really like if you don't direct any more comments at me, because again i feel like I am being attacked. so please let it go and move on.

Oh and again please i don't use excuses for my actions. Me pointing out that i have an issue that i recognize i need to work on is nothing more than that. and please don't bring it up again.

    I'm being super-helpful today.

If you want something to happen, it helps to not piss off the people who have the power to make that something happen.

    I'm jes' sayin'.

OP, you don't seem to understand something.

If you think WE are harsh, you are not going to enjoy court. At all.

If you want to prove to the court that you recognize you have a problem, what steps have you taken to correct it? Have you signed up for counseling? Have you talked to anyone about your issues?

Or, instead, are you just complaining about it?
No I think that it you who doesn't understand. I am not saying that you are not entitled to your opinion. But some of the responses are not helpful and clearly don't intend to be. I would like advice not judgement. maybe we have different definitions of what advice is.

That is fine, because I would just prefer to not be addressed by you all again. Thank you.

How might I have pissed someone off. Are you talking about the young lady who i said i felt was verbally attacking me?

And again I apologized even though i felt that way, (I didn't think that my comment was insulting, but someone felt offended by it so i apologized). so please explain?

If you want your issues to be recognized by the court as a defense to your arrest, you have to show the court that they have not only been diagnosed by a licensed medical professional but that you are also seeking treatment.

Why you don't think that is sound advice is beyond me.

    I gave you sound advice.

    To see a lawyer.
And to undergo that counseling that You suggested you need.

I told you the reasons why. And I did so without attacking you. I gave you facts.

Guess what....the judge is going to be less polite.

She still hasn't answered my question - as to what she would have considered a valid answer.

I would guess since charges were filed, it was not she SPILLED it on the clerk, but did throw it in a purposeful manner.
