My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Alabama
I lost a custody battle for my daughter and the judge ordered me to pay 250 a month in child support even without a job. If I sign over my rights will i still have to pay the child support?

You cannot "sign over your rights" unless the other parent has a spouse willing to adopt.

Well..you can give up on custody and/or visitation, but you'll still be obligated to support your child.
