My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: California

I have been working for a tutoring company for over a year now. At the most I was working 10 hours a week there so I really struggled when it came to money. Then I got a part time job working 3 days a week in early October, and I gave up all my students except for one that I still tutor for one hour a week.

I was laid off yesterday from my newer job, but I still have that one student that I tutor once a week. Would I be able to get unemployment even though I'm still working for that tutoring company? I plan to get more students, but it may take awhile especially since it'll be summer vacation soon.

And if it is possible, how do I apply for it? I went to the online claim filing application today and there was no place where I could mention that I was laid off from one job, but still had a part-time job.
