    Default Kiddy Porn Victim

My question involves criminal law for the state of: New York

About 6 years ago I was a victim of being coerced into kiddy porn modeling. I was in my early teens at the time, and didn't really know what was happening. Now I want to press charges, not so much for me, but to make sure this man doesn't do this to anyone else. Especially because his job involves being around children all the time. Who would I contact about this?? I don't really have any proof at this point, except my own testimony, can I still press charges against him?
    Thanks for your help.

But be prepared that without proof, it may go nowhere at all.

Thank you for the quick responses. One more question, is testimony usually enough to get a warrant for this person's computer / house? I'm sure that unless he's had a spiritual awakening of some sort he's still up to the same dirty business he was before...

Talk to the prosecutors office that the incident happened in.

Did you actually see something recently that was on his computer?

If you were to tell a detective:

I was over John Doe's house yesterday and I saw child porn that was downloaded on his computer.
Yes, a warrant can be issued.

I was over john Doe's house about 8 years ago and I remember he had downloaded child porn on his computer back then.
I don't think law enforcement would have much interest in it.

I have known John Doe for 10 years and the last time I saw John about 8 years ago, he was looking at child porn. I'm sure that unless he's had a spiritual awakening of some sort he's still up to the same dirty business he was before
Again, I don't think law enforcement would have much interest in it.

The FBI investigates in this area as well, depending upon the cercomstances. www.fbi.gov/about-us/investigate

Thanks everyone! I know it may not go anywhere, but it's worth a try.
