Also "theft" doesn't mean much - that can describe anything from a minor misdemeanor to a serious felony. What was the actual charge?
i am not sure of the charge but it was he stole a beer and got cuaght so what would be sentecing for that?

ok the person is 14 years of age and was stealing a 2 dollar beer the cop came and arrested him and he is now awaiting a court date i am curious as to what the charges and sentencing will be.
