Default Husband Out of State and Left Me with Property

My question involves a marriage in the state of: Georgia

My husband has been out of the state since last July and since then we have become separated and will be getting a divorce. However, I have almost all of his property and he has yet to come and get it or communicate with me on the subject. He knows where I live and has several mean to contact me, and we have so in the past but there still has been no mention of his stuff. What can I do with it? Because of the fact that he would not get work there is now and eviction that is in both of our names that he is refusing to pay for and that I'm stuck with. Can I sell his stuff to help pay for eviction?

If the house is in both parties names, he can store whatever he want to store in the house until a court says otherwise. No, you cannot sell his personal possessions to pay for the house or whatever.
