You don't need an attorney. You need to file a wage complaint (plus a complaint for the failure to receive a meal period) with the state Dept. of Labor. I'm assuming this is inside sales?
BTW, you are still nonexempt. Your guaranteed salary is not at least $455/week.
Is this a national company by any chance? (Please don't post its name.) Have you or any other employee brought this to the attention of HR?
