    Default Emancipation in West Virginia

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: West Virginia
I am 17 years old, and turning 18 in three months. I have my GED and am working on finding a job. My parents have been emotionally abusive with me for many years, resulting in psychological problems, however when I attempted to recieve professional help my parents personal beliefs prohibited me from doing so. I am hoping to get emancipated soon, as my parents have made it impossible to live in my house. The emotional abuse is more than I can take. They have cut me off from friends, and taken my cell phone and computer. I have a place to live, if I were to move out. Is there any chance for me to get emancipated?

Even if there were, and you have not posted anything to suggest that emancipation is an option, you would already be 18 before the matter hit the courts. 18 will be here before you know it and then you can walk out and never look back if you want to.
