My question involves judgment recovery in the State of: WA
I have a judgment against a co-signer from a lease. Would you suggest contacting the co-signer and asking them to pay...or just going forward and hitting them out of the blue with a garnishment? At the time I won the judgment against the co-signer in court - he was a no-show and probably doesn't even know that I have a judgment against him...
