Been with my company for over 11 years, and got a new manager with a promotion i felt pressured to accept 6 months ago. I've had a stellar performance prior to this manager. In just these few short months, things have gotten from bad to worse as they know I've been angry about the company cheating off many of us sales reps from a bonus by jacking up quotas. They're now trying to force me out, questioning me on everything I do, and my integrity to the point now I'm having anxiety attacks, and waking up in the middle of the night with heart palpitations. How do I go about seeking short term disability, and do I even stand a chance?
