If you're trying to get me to say that as long as the mother is present there is no possible legal trouble you can get into, sorry but I can't. It is not a violation of any statute for you to be living there; that does not mean that the authorities cannot take a dim view of your being permitted to live in the same house with your underage girlfriend and take steps to remove one or the other of you from the house.

Bottom line to fwbsoccer5: Don't have sex with anyone underage. And, keeping in mind that some people your age let their raging hormones get the better of them, you might want to avoid situations where you are not tempted, such as adopting an ironclad rule to always have a chaperone when you are together with her.
