Forum Philosophy - Like It, Or Leave It

Welcome to the banter forums.

As we have had any number of complaints lately about behavior in the forums, let me take a moment to explain the philosophy of the forums in general. The purpose of these forums is to provide a non-threatening venue for people to make legal inquiries and get answers to those inquiries.

If you are unable to respond to somebody's post without insulting them, it is best that you leave the inquiry for somebody else to answer.

If you are not comfortable with this basic guideline, well, it's my forum, so tough. If you don't like that, you can go start your own forum.

Meanwhile, please feel free to use this forum to let your hair down. Or to put it up, if that's your thing.
