    Default Resign and Get Unemployment

My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: Texas.. I was recently suspended but asked to come back for reasons that where not my fault. I would like to resign since i will be unable to meet my seals goal for this month which will result in be being fired. How can I resign for these reasons and still claim unemployment?

You can't. But, if you are fired for not meeting the employer's standards, your chances for unemployment benefits are generally good. If you quit in anticipation of getting fired because you don't think you'll meet your quota, you've basically shot yourself in the foot for UI purposes.

Agree, don't resign - you will not get UI benefits. If they end up firing you because you don't meet
required performance goals, your chances of getting UI are much better. If you are denied, you can
    appeal.
